Parilla Grill is a hidden gem in the Hyde Park area of Boise's North End. Traditional Mexican food infused with a twist of variety, great for lunch and dinner, but the secret is breakfast. Breakfast burritos for most but my personal fav is the B&B in a bowl. Bacon, eggs, cheese, tots, cilantro, extra pico, corn salsa and rustic habanero salsa... my fix. Atmosphere is great with outside seating that's heated year round. The sports bar serves full liquor, beer, wine... and 2 Tecates everyday. Wall-to-wall TVs have designated games, from football to basketball to Chive to early morning Champion's League soccer. And if you fancy, like my kid, Golden Tee is always good fun. 5 stars to a local legend!

Gets super busy BUT the food is worth the crowd. My husband and I go every Tuesday & Thursday before our karaoke nights for their weekly deals. Sometimes we go back for seconds and thirds hahahaha! The meats are flavorful without salsa and the salsa isn't just hot peppers and onions, they do a good job of balancing spice to fire. 10/10 would recommend to total strangers.
So many delicious different options. You can really have whatever you can think of. Everything is fresh and cooked to perfection. Very affordable. Friendly staff. Delivery and pick up options as well. The chips are heavenly flavored with lime. Will become a weekly favorite! My mouth is watering just writing this.
This Mexican restaurant is just amazing. Their food is very filling and priced very fair. First off, they have fresh salsas that is made inhouse. I had the cucumber jalepeno. It was very good. Not too hot, well blended taste. It is set up to choose your main meats then the sides (inside the burrito), toppings and then the sauces. Like how a subway is set up, but a hundred more times better, flavorful and filling. The burritto is very well blended. No ingredient over powering another. Very different from your traditional Mexican food. Great atmosphere and never have I seen before, a TV in the restroom. Now, keep in mind that this is the only restroom. Still great staff and atmosphere over all. Definitely will make this a regular spot.
